He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Melissa Berry (Lamkin), Adam Berry and Todd Berry; his sister-in-law Myrna Berry; his nephews, Scott and Bruce Berry; his daughters-in-law, Sarah Lamkin, Alli Berry and Sarah Berry; and his grandchildren, Noah, Annabelle and Emma.
