She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Steven Smith (Carol) and Carol Chambers (Chris); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Jacob Angelica (Megan), Austin Smith, Lucas (Veronica), Jack (Katelyn) and Max Chambers (Dina); and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Clark and Otto.
