She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Sandra Matheis (Walter), Karen Anderson (Larry), Gary Hornstra (Jan), Laura Graeff (John) and Keith Hornstra; and her grandchildren, Robert Anderson (Gina), Julie Mayor (John), Tim Anderson (Kayla), Kristin Albano (Joe), Jeff Matheis (Sabrina), Philip Hornstra (Sylvia), Neil Vogel (Kristina), Glen Hornstra (Jamie), Jason Vogel, Heather Zloch (Ray), Jeremy Matheis, Brian Vogel (Anna) and Kevin Matheis.
