She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Fitzpatrick and Hannah Fitzpatrick; and her brothers, Jack, Bill, Jerry and Brian (Tom).
She is survived by: her children, Maribeth Kanoon, Larry Zablock (Debi), Janet Zablock and Patty Macy (Bryant); her grandchildren, Tim Kanoon, Megan Zablock, Robert Zablock, Matthew Zablock, Patrick Macy and Kevin Macy; her sister Joan Cwinski; her sister-in-law Florence Kilkus (Zablock); her friend Bill W.; and her significant other Bill McCartney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
