She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemens Smith and Blandina Smith (Schnurr); and her brother James Smith of Norwalk, Ohio.. She is survived by: her children, Anna Pechin (Adam) of Lisle, Gwen Miller (Duane) of Dundee, Brenda Osburn (Wade) of Deersville, Ohio, Jason Brock (Ramona) of Killbuck and James Brock of Warsaw, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kory, Layne, Kennedy, Isaac, Aliyah, Brady, Mila, Breanna, Carly, Maelea and Vin; her great grandchildren, Bella, Kory and Harper; her siblings, Alfred Smith (Dorothy), Thomas Smith, Lawerence Smith (Lisa), William Smith (Suzanne), Stephen Smith (Debbi), Frances Smith, Bernadette Caramat (Jo), Marcella Schaffer (Don) and Theresa Schaffer; and her sister-in-law Sharon Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
