He is survived by: his wife Donna Connell (Chwierut); his sister Kathryn Connell; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Rhodes (Bob) and Darlene Radde (late Ted); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Connell (Jennifer Siedjak), Cayte Connell, Maggie Vogel (Zach), Samantha Cosentino (Aaron) and Christopher Gorski.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cantigny (27w270 Mack Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189).
