He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Zenas Bailey Bean and Lou Ella Waller Bean. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Schmolze; his children, Pam Thonn (Steve) of Laurie, J. T., Laurie Narup (Dave) and JT Bean (Lo); his grandchildren, Jaimee, Corey Thonn (Julia), Brittnee, Nick (Ashley), Bryn Barstatis, Christopher, Leah Narup, Raphie, Brendan, Eli Bean, Trevor, Casey, Dawson Bean and Jozzie Johnson; his great grandchildren, David, Cece Barstatis, Micah Narup, Maeve and Nelson Johnn; and his brother Zenas Bean (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
