He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hornyak and Rita Hornyak; and his sister Roxanne Hornyak. He is survived by: his wife Sheila S.; his children, Kim Robblee, Amy Capasso, John S. Hornyak and Jeff Hornyak; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan, Tyler, Ava, Mason, Zoey and Zack; his great grandchildren, Jace and Tamriel; and his siblings, Nancy Wilsak (Larry) and David Hornyak.
