He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Berquist and Corrine Berquist. He is survived by: his wife Sally Berquist; his children, John Berquist (Rosemary), Kathy VanLeeuwen (Dale) and Amy Pekkarinen (Drew); his grandchildren, Meg, Anne, Taylor, Gyllian, Preston, Emma and Lizzie; and his siblings, Susan Christenson (late John), Richard Berquist (Gina), Carol Hernandez (late Roman) and Michelle Plombon (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
