He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Luanne Voss; his children, Jennifer Sikkenga (Phil), Kate Owings (Nate) and George Van Denend (Melissa); his parents, Alvina Denend and Malvin Van Denend; his grandchildren, Addison, Ashley, Milo, Nolan, Ella, Dylan and Hannah; his siblings, Cher Bruinooge (Rick), Ray Van Denend (June), Mike Van Denend (Loni) and Alyce Voss (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Voss and Tom Voss. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
