He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice; his children, Margaret "Maggie" Thomson (Robert), James (Melanie) and Shawn Schiffer (Bryan Keller); his grandchildren, Pierre, Robert, Clara, Elizabeth, Nicholas and Alexandra "Lexie"; his siblings, Theresa Hebior (John), Marie Duffy (late Frank), Mary Pat Kayian (late Mourad) and John Schiffer (Mary Ellen); and his sister-in-law Vivian Schiffer (late Ray). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
