She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin J. Locke; her parents, Virginia Bokee Jeter and Robert Milton Norton; and her grandchildren, Justin Lea and Jessica Locke.

She is survived by: her siblings, Valarie Michael, Philip Norton and Linda Norton Blau; her children, Christian Lea, Jeffery Locke, Sibyl Lister, David Locke and Elizabeth Welsh (Lisa); her stepchildren, Melvin J. Locke, Jr., Mark Locke and Thomas Locke; her grandchildren, Giada Locke, Joshua Locke, Andrew Locke, Jayce Locke, Eric Locke, Sarah Ganes, Jamie Locke Byford, Jack Byford, Cole Byford, Amanda Lister, Matthew Welsh, Megan Welsh, Jaime McGinnis, Michael Page, Tricia Hornor and Courtney Locke; her great grandchildren, Sierra Locke, Shawn Locke, Lucas Locke, Lucas Ganes, Kylie Ganes, Jaxon Ganes, Jackson McGinnis, Reagan McGinnis and James Page; and her nephews, Derek Efimetz and Eugene Michael.
