He is survived by: his children, Richelle Hughes (late Lawrence Hughes), Susan Nauert (Jody Lang) and Karen Pickford (John); his grandchildren, Ryan McVean (Mary Alice), Alexandra Hughes, Greg Hughes (Jessica Grindle) and Kate Pickford; and his great grandchildren, Madison Hughes, Carter, Corry and Colin McVean.
