With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dwight A. Nielsen (Wheaton, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nielsen and Hazel Nielsen. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Lisa) and Kevin (Grace); his grandchildren, Noelle, Hope, Isaiah, Josiah, Evangeline and Hailee; his sisters, Annette Miranda (Ed) and Peggy Almgren (late Neal); his nephew Kye Miranda; and his aunt Helen Berglund.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williams-Kampp Funeral Home (430 E Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Williams Kampp Funeral Home (430 E Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187). A burial was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Memory Gardens (2501 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
