He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Pat Maida; his daughter Ann M. Maida; his parents, Daniel C. Maida and Jean Maida; and his brother John Maida.

He is survived by: his children, Daniel P. Maida and Thomas Maida (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Robert Maida (Gina), Daniel James Maida, Harper and Olivia Maida; and his siblings, Raymond Maida (Diane) and Lorraine Hall (Jim).

Per the Illinois State Covid Guidelines - no more than 10 people are permitted inside the funeral home at a time.
