He was predeceased by: his brothers, Eugene, Robert and Richard Chase; and his parents, Clifford Chase and Mae Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Chase (Reher) of Rockford; and his sons, Paul Chase of Rockford, Mark Chase of Rocklin, Jeffrey Chase of Kingston Washington, Clifford Steven Chase, David Chase of Dixon and Douglas Chase of Aurora, Illinois.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins.
