He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Amy Heinz (Bryan), Brette Ann Tschurtz (Peter) and Peter Middleton; his grandchildren, Mason, Mitchell (Heidi Heinz), Paul (Katherine Tschurtz) and Lauren (Luke Middleton); his sisters, Shirley Mooney, Margaret Lonon (Bob) and Sharon Kincaid (late John); and his brother-in-law James Lawrence (Peggy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and very dear friends.
