She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Madison and Frieda P. Phillips (Horney). She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Townsend (Harvard) of Wheaton and Tracy Aris (Stephen) of St. Charles, Illinois; and her grandson Stefan Komarek (Catherine Besley) of Grandview, Missouri. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
