He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Christoffer and Therese Christoffer; and his brother Richard Christoffer. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Marie; his children, Alfred Charles and Kelly Jean (Chris Heck); his grandchildren, Jessica of Emma, AJ, Sydney, Liam and Ainsley; and his sister Joan Deliver (late Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
