He is survived by: his parents, Edward Scaggs (Susan Pickering) of Westville and Darlene Scaggs (Murphy) of Logansport; his grandparents, Charles, Gladys Pickering of Westville and Ruth Murphy of Tilton; his children, Kaleb Scaggs of Florida and Olivia Scaggs of Danville; his stepsons, Caydin and Camdin Spires of Danville; and his siblings, Mishell Amick (Brian) of Crawfordsville, Candace Scaggs-Jergens (Troy) of Westville, Dustin Whorrall (Lisa) of Westville and Brandon Whorrall (Jill Perez) of Westville. He is also survived by six nieces five nephews and several aunts and uncles.
