He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Eric Ferris (Marcie), Jason Kester, James Kester, Michael Connor (Malocka) and Jennifer Kester; his grandfather Tyler Connor; his brother Clarence Ferris; his nieces, Janice Kouzmanoff (Jim) and Carol Steinman (Topper); his parents, James Ferris and Bessie Ferris; his wife Ruth M. Ferris; his children, Robert M. Ferris Jr., Suzan Marie Connor, Shirley Ann Mitchell and Lisa Kay Keller; his sisters, Margaret Alderson and Marjorie Hamilton; his friends, Bob Boswell and Lisa McClain; his granddaughter Brandice Connor; and also Lisa. He was also cherished by his eight great grandchildren.
