She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John Urbas and Alberta Urbas (Czapski). She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Goble of Westville, Tracy Hill of Westville and Dr. John Val Urbas; her niece Leslie Balsamello (John) of Westville; and her kitties, Reggie and Tony.
Memorials may be made in Nan's memory to Hoopeston Animal Rescue Team, Hoopeston, Illinois.
