He is survived by: his daughter Kyle; his son-in-law Bruce Dvorak; his grandchildren, Michael Dvorak (Kristi DenBleyker), Tara Nichols (Jeremy) and Nathan Dvorak (Heidi Rupp); and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Ethan Dvorak, Taylor and Elsa Dvorak.
