She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hart and Edna Hart (Vincent); her husband Charles "Chill" Yerem; and her siblings, Paul, John Hart, Mary Nier and Margie Nigra.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jayne Darby, Julie Stroud and Jeffery Yerem; and her great grandchildren, Emily Stroud (Daniel Asmus), Sarah Stroud (Robert Santos), Rachel Jones (Nicholas), Jackson Darby (Rachel), Ross (Austin), Ethan (Keri) and Ashley Robinson (Ryan).

Memorials may be made in Leah's name to Forest Glen Preserve.
