With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine C. Sydes (Westville, Illinois), born in Georgetown, Illinois, who passed away on April 18, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Prosnikar and Frances Gabrovic Prosnikar; her husband Harry C. Sydes; her siblings, William Prosnikar, Shirley A. Swank and Mary J. Parrish; and her daughter-in-law Kelli Sydes.
She is survived by: her children, Karen C. Marriage (Tom) of Westville, IL, Lisa Jo Lyman (Kevin) of Brown Deer, WI and Randy Sydes of Rantoul, IL; her sister Frances I. Ellis; her grandchildren, Kristin Marriage, Megan Burns (Paul), Robert Aaron Sydes, Joele Sydes, Karissa Lyman and Emily Lyman; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Burns and Ryder Burns.
