He is survived by: his wife Martha Hamond of Westville, IL; his sons, Rick Payne of Westville and Kevin Payne (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jaylin, Autumn, Madison and Elijah Payne; and his siblings, Kathy Sanders (Tom), Benny Payne (Jackie) of Roachdale, IN and Eric Payne (Lib). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
