He was predeceased by: his father Richard Banks. He is survived by: his mother Rose Banks; his daughters, Angie Banks Baker (Jacob) and Brook Banks; his stepdaughter Sarah Ell; his grandchildren, Shawn, Amanda and Levi; his brother Dirk Banks (Kristi); and his step-animals, JJ and Sammy.
Memorial donations may be given in his name to American Legion Honor Guard in Westville and Vermilion County Humane Society.
