He is survived by: his wife Roberta Kennedy; his children, Jeffrey "Alf" Mayer of Spring, TX, Holly Mayer Brewer (Floyd) of Westville, Kem Mayer Wiggins (Tony Sparrow) of Westville and Sam Mayer Huff (Richard) of Danville; his grandchildren, Bobby Pickerson, Kalipb Wiggins, Karena Compton (Joseph), Kaitlyn Paul-Ward (Steven), David Huff (Abigail), Jon Huff (Sarah) and Mikaela Huff; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Hitt (Gene Cummins) and Charlie Kennedy (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
