He is survived by: his children, Courtney Willoughby of Catlin, Dawn Willoughby of Arizona, Natasha Conrad (Bell) of Ellsworth and Kayla Willoughby of Danville; his grandchildren, Kyle, Taija, Kailyn, Carter, Grayson, Zayla, Landon and Weston; and his siblings, Tony Willoughby of Florida and Teresa Willoughby of Danville.
