With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Maddox (Westville, Illinois), who passed away on January 5, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen "Matt" Maddox (Laikin) of Westville, Tasha Tuggle (Brent) of Westville and Keisha Eberly (Kevin) of Rossville; her great grandchildren, Hayden Pratt, Sebastian Howard and Houston Pratt; her brothers, Rick Grubb of Kentucky, Keith Grubb of Michigan and Craig Grubb of Colorado; and her close friend Maggie Davis of Westville.

Memorial donations may be given in her name to donor's choice of Cancer Research or Hospice Care.
