She is survived by: her adoptive sons, Stephen Lynn (Linda) of Westville and Todd William Blazaitis (Teresa) of Mahomet; her grandchildren, Nicole Dean McMahan (Chad) of Covington, IN and Adam Todd Blazaitis (Beth) of Danville; her great grandchildren, Carli, Alex McMahan, Robert and Isabell Blazaitis; and her daughters, Paisley, Evie and Lola.
