He is survived by: his daughters, Eva Athey (Bill), Lynda Thompson, Teresa Bales (John), Jerri Kay Huber (Jeff), Gail Ricketts and Judi Miles (Dale); his grandchildren, Kyle Bartlow, Megan Hillard (Amber), Mike Thompson II, Justin Thompson (Kari), Amanda Cockrell (Dustin), Michelle Bales, Dusty Huber (Billie), Heather Huber, Tori Gaide (Wayne), Jerry Ricketts (Jessica), Jessica Ricketts, Trevor, Dakota, Madison and Taylor Miles; his great grandchildren, Kaydence, Trey Bartlow, Anna, Jenna, Ethan Thompson, Alex, Hailee, Wyatt, Carter Thompson, Olivia Cockrell, Salvador, Evie Huber, Von Gaide, Barrett, Bristol Ricketts and Payton Welch-Williams; and his sister Irene Spicer.
Memorial donations may be made in Jerry's name to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
