He was predeceased by: his father Duane G. Lutchka. He is survived by: his mother Marian Lutchka (Kotcher) of Westville; his children, Kristen Gady (David) of Sadorus and Dustin Lutchka (Kayla Burks) of Westville; his siblings, David Lutchka (Cindy) of Danville, Daniel Lutchka (Denise) of Carterville, Doug Lutchka of Danville, Dianne Lutchka of Westville and Darlene Lutchka (Aaron Workman) of De Soto; his grandchildren, Nolan Wallace, Dawson Gady, Dannalee and Daxton Lutchka; and his pet Reload. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
It is kindly requested that those in attendance wear facial coverings and practice social distancing for both visitation and service.
