Christian (Tricia); his grandchildren, Machaela, Kaitlynn, Camryn, Alyssa, Zachary and Jace; his great grandchildren, Ellie Mae, Arlo and Emerson; and his brother Frank Christian (Judy).

Memorial donations may be given in David's name to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital, or Saint Mary's Catholic Church.
