She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sleva and Elizabeth Sleva (Shaffer); and her siblings, John Sleva and Sylvia Sleva. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Richard Kotcher (Toni Campbell) of Danville, IL, Paul Kotcher of Taylorville, IL and Deborah Kotcher (Deborah Bushway) of Golden Valley, MN; her grandchildren, Jessica Jordan (Mike), Danielle Hance (Jeff), Isabel Meza (Julian) and Juan Francisco "Paco" Bushway; and her great grandchildren, Bella Jordan, Quinn Jordan, Liam Jordan, Oliver Hance and Benjamin Hance. She is also survived by three children, four grandchildren.
