She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garrett Hoekstra and Elizabeth Marie Hoeh; her sister Patricia Marie Thomas (Russell); and her niece Barbara Jo Perlman. She is survived by: her husband Edward Robert Timmermann; her children, Lisa Ann Timmermann and Daniel Robert Timmermann; her grandchildren, Matthew Robert Timmermann and Megan Taylor Blair (Bruce Blair); her niece Karen Marie Guessford (Paul Lee Guessford, Sr.); and her caregiver Cathy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adolf & Powell Funeral Home (7000 S Madison St, Willowbrook, IL 60527). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be offered to Zion Lutheran Church, 204 S. Grant St., Hinsdale, Il 60521 (Cemetery fund), or Angels for Hospice Charities, 2430 N. Central Park Ave, Chicago, IL 60647.
