She is survived by: her husband Joseph Polka; her children, Debra Danbrauskas (Charles), Paula Smith, Jim Polka and Carla Tinerella (Anthony); her grandchildren, Bobby, Tyler, Wesley and Victoria; and her sister Susan Rogus (Chet). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
