It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Clark (Westmont, Illinois), who passed away on December 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Walter James Clark of Chicago and Fay (Rude); and his sibling Mary Jane Clark Dlouhy. He is also survived by his parents and stepmother and was to first his father and then his stepmother.
