He was predeceased by: his parent Adolph Pawlak. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara A.; his parent Marjorie Pawlak; his siblings, Amy (Rick), Cmunt, Linda (Frank), Sladek, Sue (Vance) and Hetrick; and his siblings-in-law, Diana (Charles), Favero, Mary (late Jerry) and Dukes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
