He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Dean Oakley and Lorna Gene Lashbrook Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Oakley of Westfield, IL; his daughter Carrie Lee Oakley of Westfield, IL; his grandson Dalton Lee Oakley of Westfield, IL; his siblings, Rick Oakley (Debbie) of Charleston, IL, Mitzi Johnston (Ken) of Westfield, IL and Melody Blanchard (Quincy) of Westfield, IL; and his aunt Lois Moore of Casey, IL. He is also survived by family and many friends.
