It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Belle Smallwood of Westfield, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Tarr and Okal Fern Bixler Tarr; her husband Donald Lynn Smallwood; and her siblings, Doyal Gordon Tarr, Gerald Dean Tarr, Larry Ray Tarr, Dale Eugene Tarr, Cecil P. Tarr, David A. Tarr, Everet Edward Tarr, Elenor Rose Tarr, Donna Lee Wiggle Schackleford, Carol Jean Elmore and Edith Elaine Elmore.
She is survived by: her children, Bev Cruse of Charleston, IL, Andy and Wanda Otto (Richard) of Charleston, IL; her grandchildren, Dusty and Kerri; her son Steve Smallwood (Mary) of Westfield, IL; her grandchildren, Kris, Mary K. and Rob; her daughter Diane Highland (Mark) of Mattoon, IL; her grandsons, Graham and Mason; and her brother Wayne Tarr of Newton, IL.. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
