He is survived by: his father John William Scheytt; his brother Larry (Marsha); his wife Ethel Woods Connelly; his stepson Ken Johnston (Mitzi) of Westfield, IL; and his cousins, Ruth Ann Anacker (Harold) of Marshall, IL, Charles Renner (Susan) of Montana, Cartha Richmond and Rick Medsker of Marshall, IL.
