He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie Clapp and Pearl Clapp (Maggart); and his brother Aaron Hamilton Clapp. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Clapp of Westfield, IL; his children, Bruce Clapp (Lynda) of Danville, IN and Brenda Blanchard (Wesley) of Pekin, IL; his grandchildren, Caroline Clapp, Thomas Blanchard (Tara), Angie Clapp, Ashley Blanchard, Evie Clapp and Breanna Blanchard; his great grandchild Adiana Kennedy; his sister Joan Kirkley (Clarence) of Hanna City, IL; and his cousin Church. He is also survived by many in-laws, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces.
