He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Merle Finney and Mildred Ione Hackney Finney; his siblings, Lois Finney, Esther Wagner and Charles Finney; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Finney, Raymond Wagner and Lum Tipsword.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Finney of Westfield, IL; his children, Roger Finney (Diane) of Normal, IL, Scott Finney (Karen) of Westfield, IL and Gina Pharris (Ty) of Jamestown, TN; his grandchildren, Matthew Finney (Arica) of Lisle, IL, Melissa Brownback (Andrew) of Costa Mesa, CA, Jason Finney (Jessica) of Bloomington, IL, Jesse Finney of Jamestown, TN and Seth Pharris of Carlinville, IL; his great grandchildren, Evan, Keller Brownback and Emilee Finney; his siblings, Mary Tipsword of Decatur, IL, Rev. Ray Finney (Sharon) of Casey, IL, Bruce Finney of Hobe Sound, FL and Max Finney (Elaine) of Springhill, TN; and his sister-in-law Marcella Finney of Casey, IL. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
