With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Casandra Alyne Edwards of Westfield, Illinois, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on November 13, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Earl Helms and Mary Elaine McDearmid Helms. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Eckley (Christopher) of Charleston, IL, Krystin Riley (Drew) of Charleston, IL, Justin Edwards (Bayley) of Westfield, IL and Taylor Evans (Rhett) of Charleston, IL; her siblings, Tony Helms (Barbara) of Lobeco, SC, Joe-Bill Helms (Michelle) of Arapahoe, NC and Angela Lee (Rob) of Pooler, GA; her grandchildren, Jaxon Riley, Alexa Eckley, Kasidy Riley, Kaiden Eckley, Quinten Riley, Amelia Eckley, Grace Eckley and Beau Evans; and her son Trenton Smiley of Westfield, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
