He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Smiley and June Booker Smiley; and his wife Roxie Smiley. He is survived by: his children, John Smiley of Westfield, IL and Melissa June Smiley of Vero Beach, FL; his daughter-in-law Ronda Smiley of Westfield, IL; his grandchildren, Mallory Smiley of Westfield, IL, Sydney Szanyi of Lakeland, FL, Shelby Szanyi of Lakeland, FL and Trenton Smiley of Westfield, IL; and his great grandchild Brooklynn Elaine.
