He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Walter and Delores Janice Martz (Wade); his son Robert Lee "Bobby" Martz; his grandson Jason Rungren; and his siblings, William "Bill" Martz, Nancy Bly and Donna Martz.
He is survived by: his wife Ginnie Ann; his children, Shawne Martz (Tina) of Findlay, Bryan Martz (Amanda) of Westervelt, IL, Leslie "Les" Martz of Findlay, IL, Janice Mae Rungren (Scott) of St. Charles, MO and Starla Dawn Owens (Jim) of Shelbyville, IL; and his siblings, Gilbert "Lynn" Martz (Jeanette) of Shelbyville, IL and Judy Vernon of Pana, IL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
