He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Marilyn Rachford; his brothers, Fred (late Kady) and George (Marilyn); and his parents, George Rachford and Mary Rachford.
He is survived by: his children, Robert H (Cheryl), Stephanie Stomberg (Michael) and Poppi; his grandchildren, Bobbie (Lorin), Connor, Cole, Alex and Max; his great grandchild Charlotte "Charlie"; and his sister Emma Carlino (Peter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
