He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stanton of Retired Captain, CPD and Mary Celeste Stanton; his brother Daniel Stanton; his nephews, Tommy Grady and Kevin Quinlan; and his parents-in-law, Ginger and Gene Gallagher.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Michael Stanton (Mary Kate) and Kate (Matthew Madsen); his siblings, Sheila Marshall (Larry), Eileen Quinn (Bob), Colleen Quinlan (Jerry Casey, MD), Teresa of Emmett, DDS, Peggy Schmit (Michael), Celeste Alcock (Kevin), Noreen Janson (Chris) and Michael (Lisa); and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Stanton, Kathleen Gallagher and Maureen Feeley (Mike).
