It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia C. Blake (Western Springs, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Blake; her sister Mary Costello; and her parents, Maurice Costello and Dorothy Costello. She is survived by: her daughters, Molly Michaels (Mark), Susan York (Steven) and Ellen Kornhauser (Isaac); her grandchildren, Lauren (Wes), Blake, Zachary, Jordan, Kailey (Eric), Kara, MacKenzie and Marlee; and her great grandchildren, Hank and Felicity.
Pat loved theater, and until the COVID-19 pandemic, she regularly attended productions in local theatres as well as Chicago.
